Makoro is a subscription-based platform. Billing occurs at the start of each service period (monthly or annually) and is non-refundable once the period has begun.

Trial Period

We offer a 10-day free trial for new customers to explore the platform. No charges will be incurred if the subscription is cancelled before the trial period expires.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
